Conditions of BookingThere are 39 en-suite bedrooms available for guests wishing to stay overnight.These should be booked well in advance and secured with a deposit of £30.00 per room. (Deposit is non-refundable) There are also 21 self-catering houses, which can be booked on a weekend or weekly basis (depending on the season) for guests wishing to extend their stay. Deposit on self-catering is £100.00. (Deposit non-refundable) In the event of late booking or shortage of availability there are several Guesthouses within a few miles of Lusty Beg, which your guests can avail of. Conditions of Booking Whilst every effort is made to provide you with a firm price at the time of booking, we reserve the right to change this price subject to changes in market conditions. Due to food safety and hygiene regulations clients must agree not to bring any of their own food (with the exception of wedding cakes) into the premises. The wines on offer have been carefully selected for their quality and to compliment the menus. We do not offer a corkage service. An approximate number of guests are requested at the time of booking. Any significant change in numbers should be notified as soon as possible and a final figure confirmed at least one week in advance. The final figure is the minimum number of meals you will be invoiced for. All accounts must be settled before departure. Once you have decided on a date you must confirm this with a deposit of £500.00 (this deposit is non-refundable). We reserve the right to rebook any unconfirmed bookings. We are happy to hold wedding presents taken to the reception for safekeeping. These, however, must be collected at the end of the reception and we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to these items. Latest sitting for wedding meal is 6.00pm. In the event of an “ act of God “ outside our control we reserve the right to cancel the agreement. |
